目的:对兴安藜芦Veratrum dahuricum中甾体生物碱成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶,凝胶和反相硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR,MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从兴安藜芦中鉴定出5个化合物,分别为(20R,22S,25S)-veratra-5,13-dien-3β-ol(1),当归酰棋盘花碱(angeloylzygadenine,2),15-O-(2-methylbutanoyl)-3-O-veratroylprotoverine(3),20-isoveratramine(4),藜芦胺(veratramine,5)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,2~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the steroid alkaloids in Veratrum dahuricum. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, gel and reverse phase silica gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results: Five compounds were identified from the veratrum of Xing’an. They were (20R, 22S, 25S) -veratra-5,13-dien-3β- ol (1), angeloylzygadenine (2) -O- (2-methylbutanoyl) -3-O-veratroylprotoverine (3), 20-isoveratramine (4), veratramine (5). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound, 2 ~ 4 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
