番茄是福州地区春、秋两季的一种重要蔬菜。近年来,受花叶病危害严重,产量锐减。本病主要病原是TMV,其次为CMV。本研究针对TMV,应用化学诱变法筛选出若干弱毒株分离物。其中,A16经反复测定均表现对TMV有理想的交互保护作用。在福州地区1987年及1990年生产上使用结果表明:A16的应用不仅具有安全的特性,而且能使番茄产量比对照的增收20%左右。
Tomato is an important vegetable in the spring and autumn of Fuzhou. In recent years, the mosaic disease endangering, production dropped sharply. The main pathogen of this disease is TMV, followed by CMV. This study aimed at TMV, the application of chemical mutagenesis screened a number of attenuated isolates. Among them, A16 after repeated measurements showed an ideal interaction TMV protection. The production results in 1987 and 1990 in Fuzhou showed that the application of A16 not only possessed the safety characteristics but also increased the tomato yield by 20% or so compared with the control.
