通过多项指标评估92例胃肠癌患者的营养和免疫状况,并对9例营养不良者术前行肠外营养支持7~10天。结果表明(1)胃肠癌患者的细胞免疫功能下降;(2)营养不良可加重患者免疫功能的损害;(3)可望通过肠外营养支持,部分改善营养不良胃肠癌患者的免疫状况。
The nutritional status and immune status of 92 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were evaluated through multiple criteria, and 9 patients with malnutrition were given preoperative parenteral nutrition for 7 to 10 days. The results showed that (1) the cellular immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer was decreased; (2) malnutrition can aggravate the damage of the patient’s immune function; (3) it is expected to improve the immune status of patients with malnutrition and gastrointestinal cancer through parenteral nutrition support. .
