随着生物医学研究的发展,近交系动物的使用日益广泛。目前,国内外使用的近交系小鼠已有250余种,如何维持近交系小鼠的种子群,及时发现基因突变或污染,定期进行遗传监测是必要的。在已报导的遗传监测诸种方法中,毛色基因测试(以下简称毛测),对鉴定白化小鼠的A—a,B—b,D—d等三个基因位点污染,具有实用价值。其方法简便,结果明显,亦无需特殊设备。现将北京医科大学实验动物科学部自1973年至1986年先后引进并维持的几种白化小鼠的毛测结果报告如下: 材料与方法
With the development of biomedical research, the use of inbred animals has become increasingly widespread. At present, more than 250 inbred mice have been used at home and abroad. How to maintain the seed population of inbred mice and find out gene mutation or pollution in time is necessary for regular genetic monitoring.
