下法是中西医结合治疗急腹症方法之一。近年来通过对甘遂、大黄、巴豆霜等几种泻下药进行泻下作用的观察,发现大黄提取物和巴豆霜组成的巴黄片(每片内含巴豆霜0.08g、生大黄0.15g、大黄醇提取物0.10g)泻下作用最强,应用于临床疗效显著。为了探讨巴黄片的致泄机理,我们观察了巴黄片对大白鼠结肠粘膜中环核苷酸含量的影响。一、材料与方法 (一)药物:巴黄片是天津急腹症研究所药物研究室提供。 (二)动物:实验用Wistar纯种大鼠,体重181～229g,雌雄不限。 (三)实验方法:大白鼠72只(1只因处理组织时操作失误作废),分六批进行。每批随机将鼠
The next method is one of the methods for treating acute abdomen with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. In recent years, observations of purgative effects of several diarrhea drugs such as Ganzi, rhubarb, and Croton cream have been conducted. Bahuang films consisting of rhubarb extract and Croton cream have been found (each containing 0.08g of Croton cream, 0.15g of rhubarb, and rhubarb.
