选用SD品系大白鼠,分组后每天除喂给同一基础饲料外,分别以蜂皇浆灌胃并进食抗辐射营养素、蜂皇浆灌胃、蔗糖水灌胃处理。二周后全部动物进行一次性总剂量为2Gy的γ射线照射。照射后观察27天。结果表明:蜂皇浆等综合因素对动物的体重变化和白细胞减少速度有一定减轻作用,能提高动物的存活率。结论为大白鼠无论单独摄入蜂皇浆,或是蜂皇浆与抗辐射营养素同时摄入对辐射损伤都有一定的防护效果,而后者效果更好。
SD rats were used. After grouping, except for the same basic feed, each group was fed with royal jelly and fed with anti-radiation nutrients, royal jelly, and sucrose. After two weeks, all animals were irradiated with gamma rays at a total dose of 2 Gy. Observed after irradiation for 27 days. The results showed that the comprehensive factors such as royal jelly could alleviate the body weight and leukocyte reduction rate of the animals, and could increase the animal survival rate. The conclusion is that whether rats were ingested royal jelly alone, or royal jelly and anti-radiotrophic nutrient intake at the same time has a certain protective effect on radiation damage, and the latter is better.
