本文探讨了基层学校校本教研存在的问题与解决对策。目前基层校本教研存在的问题:校本教研运行机制不健全;主体参与度不高;教研组的职能未充分发挥;专业引领不到位或越位;自我反思不深刻;教师的研究意识薄弱,研究能力欠缺。提出的主要对策:营造良好的校本教研环境,确保校本教研顺利开展;进一步加强教研组建设,增强校本教研活动的有效性;挖掘校内外资源,培养“本土化”专业引领人员;加强自我反思,培养教师的反思精神和反思能力;深入开展扎根实践的行动研究,培养教师研究意识和研究能力。
This article explores the problems and countermeasures of school-based teaching in primary schools.
