教师作为施教者,作为学生的朋友,树立良好的威信是至关重要的。但由于对教师威信的不同认识,一些教师往往把自己威信观导入误区,他们认为,威信就是威严,使学生要有敬畏的感觉,从而服从教师的领导和管理。教师一旦有了这种威信观,往往以育人者自居,以“我”为中心去开展工作。他们为了维护自己的尊严和权威,常常摆出一副严肃的面孔,对学生指手画脚,发号施令。
As teachers, teachers as students, friends, establish a good prestige is crucial. However, due to the different understanding of teachers’ prestige, some teachers tend to put their own prestige into misunderstanding. They believe that prestige is dignified, so that students should have awe, so as to obey the leadership and management of teachers. Once teachers have this prestige and credibility, they tend to educate themselves, to “I ” as the center to carry out the work. In order to maintain their dignity and authority, they often face a serious face, pointing their fingers at students and giving orders.
