一、原单辊破碎机受料漏斗结构马钢第三烧结厂1呈300m~2烧结机单辊破碎机受料漏斗,是由三个部分所组成:①单辊给料漏槽、②热矿槽、③下料漏斗;烧结矿首先经过单辊破碎机破碎之后,流到单辊给料漏槽右箱体里,箱体里布置了厚度为20mm 材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti 耐磨衬板,从单辊给料漏槽下来的矿,经过热矿槽然后再到下漏斗里,该下料漏斗制作成阶梯形状,并且在阶梯上安装有 ZG3Cr18Mn12SiN 高强度耐磨衬板,单辊给料漏槽左箱体是接受烧结台车蓖条上粉料的,这三个部分所组成的受料漏斗设备总重量约为115吨。(见图一)这种方式配置的漏斗经过三烧结厂8年的生产经验证明有以下缺点:1.单辊受料槽结构不合理:单辊给料漏槽是整体制做的,它把整个混凝土横梁(宽×高2240x2370)包了起来,左、右箱体的下料情况差别很大,左箱体一般是少量粉料,右箱体主要是烧结矿下料口,磨损较严重,一旦单辊受料右箱体磨通的情况下,整个单辊给料漏槽无法拆除和更换,因为该漏槽体积庞大,重量约为50吨。2.热矿槽设置不合理:热矿槽的设置原先是准备为烧结矿称量而设定的,实践证明烧结物料根本在热矿槽里无法储存,所以称量也如同虚设,反而对本来安装位置就很紧张的漏斗更加不利。3.下料漏斗无法更换:单辊破碎机
