收集19 例急性期慢性阻塞性肺疾病( C O P D)患者,6 例 C O P D缓解期患者以及10 例正常对照者的痰液,以酶联免疫吸附法 ( E L I S A) 测定其痰液白细胞介素 16 ( I L16) 水平, 以探讨 I L16 在 C O P D发病机制中的作用及其对 C O P D气道炎症的临床意义。结果, C O P D 患者急性发作期痰 I L16 水平(1 233±49244 ng/ L) 和缓解期 (1 232±51353 ng/ L) 均明显高于正常对照者 (66077±31211 ng/ L) ( P< 005 )。此外, C O P D患者痰液 I L16 水平与 F E Vl呈负相关(r= - 0.43, P< 005 )。以上结果表明, I L16 参与了 C O P D气道炎症的发病过程, 其机制可能与激活 T 淋巴细跑有关。
The sputum of 19 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (C O P D), 6 patients with C O P D remission and 10 normal control subjects were collected and their serum levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) To determine the sputum IL-16 levels in order to investigate the role of IL-16 in the pathogenesis of COPD and its clinical significance of COPD airway inflammation. Results The levels of sputum IL-16 (1 233 ± 49244 ng / L) and remission (1 232 ± 51353 ng / L) in patients with COPD were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (660 77 ± 31211 ng / L) (P <005). In addition, sputum IL-16 levels in COPD patients were negatively correlated with F E Vl (r = - 0.43, P <005). The above results show that IL-16 involved in the pathogenesis of COPD airway inflammation, the mechanism may be related to the activation of T lymphocyte breakdown.
