目前,英语老师普遍遇到的问题是面对一个被动的课堂——学生上课时不会及时反馈并且不情愿与英语老师进行互动,这种现象尤其在中国大学英语课堂上最明显。带着这样的问题和假设,教师首先设计了一份问卷调查表,根据学生的反馈,设计了一项对学生的五天行动研究计划。通过行动研究,教师对教学过程和学习过程的认识大大加深,教学的技能和方法也更加丰富和成熟起来,教师与学生在教与学的过程中得到了共同的发展。
At present, the common problem encountered by English teachers is to face a passive classroom - students are not likely to respond promptly and reluctantly to interact with English teachers in class. This is especially notable in the college English classes in China. With such questions and assumptions, teachers first designed a questionnaire and, based on feedback from students, designed a five-day study plan for students. Through action research, teachers’ understanding of teaching process and learning process is greatly deepened, teaching skills and methods are also enriched and matured, and teachers and students get common development in teaching and learning.
