目的评价TC-X血凝分析仪性能和观察其在肝脏疾病中的应用。方法通过TC-X仪批内和批间精密度、准确性、携带污染率和抗干扰实验,了解其基本性能;观察急性肝炎32例、慢性迁延性肝炎63例、肝硬化14例和重症肝炎11例,共120例和健康人群30例;检测APTT、PT、Fib和TT共4项指标。结果批内精密度CV值在1.12-1.97之间,批间CV值在2.23-4.89之间;准确性在均值±15%内;携带污染率(%)在0.10-0.92之间;仪器抗干扰能力CV在±3.10%范围内。正常对照组、急性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、肝硬化和重症肝炎各组的APTT(S)分别为30.26±2.15、41.28±5.12、45.15±6.24、48.17±12.38和64.23±15.61;PT(S)分别为12.38±0.68、15.45±2.66、17.56±4.56、22.49±8.23和28.56±13.68,TT(S)分别为13.1±0.45、15.6±0.72、18.6±1.13、19.4±1.85和22.35±2.56,Fib(g/L)分别为3.12±0.55、2.76±0.79、1.93±0.98、1.46±1.89和1.15±2.65,各值与正常对照相比P<0.05。结论TC-X血凝分析仪的性能良好,能够满足临床需求;肝病患者血凝异常,其异常程度与肝细胞损伤程度相关。
Objective To evaluate the performance of TC-X hemagglutination analyzer and observe its application in liver diseases. Methods The basic performance of the TC-X instrument was evaluated by the precision and accuracy of TC-X instrument, the carrying rate of contaminants and anti-interference test. 32 cases of acute hepatitis, 63 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis, 14 cases of cirrhosis and severe hepatitis 11 cases, a total of 120 cases and 30 healthy subjects; APTT, PT, Fib and TT were detected 4 indicators.
