我厂生产胶木粉,有种主要生产设备叫轧辊机,它的电动机在75千瓦左右。在市革委会领导同志提出的异步电机同步化“要认真推广”的号召下,在厂党支部、革委会领导下,发动群众,组织电工及有关同志去胶鞋一厂等单位学习,发现他们异步电机同步化使用在空压泵上,效果很好。我们轧辊机平均负载较低,但是冲击性的,有些产品短时超载达30%以上,照兄弟单位的经验硬搬是不行的。因为这时电机就要失步。怎么办?经过大家群策群力,最后采用了可控硅技术,在重载时就加上激磁电流,轻载时减少电流使电机转子温升在额定范围之内。我们于1971年10月搞好一台,又于今年7月试车成功二台,现都投入了运行。现在来看这种电源的优点: 1.介决了我厂冲击负载电机的同步化问题,挖掘了无功潜力,每台可达50千瓦。 2.合理调节励磁电流,使转子滑环温升较小些。 3.如电网电压或励磁电路阻值变化,具有一定的补偿,使工作稳定。现将自调式励磁电源介绍如下:(见图示)
