我们自1993年9月~1997年6月根据肠套叠典型的声像图,在B超下行水压灌肠整复肠套叠36例,报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组36例,均为回盲部套叠,其中小儿30例,年龄3月~2.5岁,均为急性肠套叠,发病时间均少于36h;成人6例,46~70岁,均为反复发作性肠套,病程最长者半年,最短者7d。所有病例均有阵发性
