1995年以来,我科应用尼膜地平辅助治疗120例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿,取得满意疗效,治疗中未发现不良反应,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择:1995年1月至1998年1月收治的HIE共236例,均按照1989年8月济南会议制定的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床诊断依据及分度标准进行诊断,随机分为两组。治疗组120例,其中男76例,女44例;足月儿93例,早产儿18例,过期产儿9例;体重<2500g21例,～4000g90例,>
