仙桃市财贸战线《湖北政报》发行继1996年达到160份后,1997年发行突破380份,位居全市乡镇办和市直各战线前列。在政报发行中,我们注重宣传工作,将政报发行与贯彻党的方针政策相结合,与精神文明建设工作相结合,与经济建设相结合,收到事半功倍的效果。一、宣传领先,提高思想认识。近几年来,各类报刊杂志如雨后春笋迅猛发展,通过非邮政渠道征订的刊物也愈来愈多,因数量多,任务重,致使一些部门对党报党刊的征订也抱有抵触情绪。在这种情况下,政报发行工作不能搞强行征订的办法,而是首先做好宣传工作,提高部门征订积极性。1996年9月中旬,我们组织召开了市财贸各单位办公室主任会,反复宣讲征订政报的重要性,同时,编印资料300多份,广为宣传。一是说明《湖北政报》是省政府唯一政刊,也是省内唯一刊载国务院、省政府文件、政策的杂志。征不征订《湖北政报》是各单位是否贯彻执行国务院、省政府政策、政令的重要表现之一。二是宣传政报内容丰富、实用性强。政
