目的:研究鼻咽癌克隆株CNE-2Z-H5高淋巴道转移裸鼠移植瘤离体培养细胞的细胞遗传学改变并探讨这种改变与肿瘤生物学特性之间的关系。方法:染色体G显带后按人类细胞遗传学国际命名体制(ISCN)进行核型分析。结果:高淋巴道转移移植瘤的染色体数目在64~103之间,众数为80~83。梁色体数目呈非整倍性变化,多数为亚四倍体,并有众多恒定或经常出现的标记染色体,其带型复杂难以辨认,为多次结构畸变的产物。结论:与CNE-2Z-H5相比较,移植瘤的染色体数目畸变范围较广,众数也有所减少,提示可能与其高淋巴道转移特性有关
OBJECTIVE: To study the cytogenetic changes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cloned cell line CNE-2Z-H5 in nude mice and to explore the relationship between this change and tumor biological characteristics. Methods: Chromosome analysis was performed according to the international nomenclature of human cytogenetics (ISCN) after chromosome G banding. RESULTS: The number of chromosomes in high-lymphoid metastases was between 64 and 103, with a mode of 80-83. The number of chromoplasts is an aneuploidy, most of them are subtetraploids, and there are many constant or frequently appearing marker chromosomes. The band type is complex and difficult to identify. It is a product of multiple structural aberrations. CONCLUSIONS: Compared with CNE-2Z-H5, the chromosome aberration of transplanted tumors is wider and the mode number is also reduced, suggesting that it may be related to its high lymphatic metastasis characteristics.
