目前浙北地区已经成为外资进入我省的前沿地带。2002年1～8月,湖州合同利用外资增幅位居全省第一,达433.8％,嘉兴增幅位居全省第二,达257.4％。在长兴、南浔、平湖等地,已经形成多个外企集聚中心。当外资老板的手越来越多地与浙北的县长、镇长们握在一起的时候,人们真切地感受到了经济全球化的步伐。凭借着与外资的嫁接,浙北的块状经济正在迅速融入全球产业链。
At present, northern Zhejiang has become the forefront of foreign investment into our province. From January to August 2002, Huzhou contracted foreign investment increased first in the province, reaching 433.8%, and Jiaxing ranked the second with an increase of 257.4%. In Changxing, Nanxun, Pinghu and other places, has formed a number of foreign conglomerates. When the foreign boss more and more hands with the county heads and mayors in northern Zhejiang, people really feel the pace of economic globalization. With the grafting of foreign capital, the massive economy in northern Zhejiang is rapidly integrating into the global industrial chain.
