省劳动和社会保障厅对代表的建议进行了认真研究和办理,并答复了代表, 代表反馈表示满意。 2005年,省政府就提高职工技能素质出台了《浙江省人民政府关于实施职工技能素质工程,加强技术工人队伍建设的意见》,提出了实施职工技能素质工程的工作目标:“十一五”期间,每年培养技能型人才70万人左右,到2010年,全省技术工人的总量由目前的343万人增加到700万人,初级、中级与高级技能人才比例达到40:45:15,初步建立起一支以初级工为主体、中级工为骨干、高技能人才为龙头的结构合理、适应经济发展要求的技术工人队伍。
