1.现状徐州是我国南北经济过渡地带,自然资源十分丰富。原煤产量占全省产量的82％,发电量占26％,轻重工业比例各占一半。人口占全省的11.3％,但工业总产值仅占5.8％,经济发展缓慢。全市主要冶金企业共有10个,其中黑色冶金企业5个,有色冶金企业2个,辅料企业3个。自解放以来,累计投资额2.2亿元,形成固定资产1.77亿元。1985年工业总产值1.414
