目的探讨创新护理流程在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法将60例ICU机械通气患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组患者采用常规护理流程,观察组患者给予创新护理流程,比较两组护理工作质量及临床并发症情况。结果观察组患者的护理质量考核评分均显著好于对照组,并且观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创新护理流程可良好改善ICU机械通气的护理质量,积极预防相关并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application of innovative nursing process in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Sixty ICU patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing procedure. Patients in observation group were given innovative nursing procedure. Quality of nursing work and clinical complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality examination in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, and the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The innovative nursing process can improve the nursing quality of ICU mechanical ventilation and prevent the occurrence of related complications.
