不管是时代的发展、社会的进步、管理的升级换代,还是大庆的传统经验都告诉我们,企业要发展必须尊重人、关爱人、依靠人、发展人。只有注重发挥人的主观能动性,才能不断增强企业的向心力、凝聚力与核心竞争力。以实现人企共融为论点,以创新“情感、阵地、民主、文化”建设为论据,展开论述了在市场经济条件下企业基层基础工作的融合创新原则,集中阐述了在实践中探索企业党建思想政治工作融入生产经营中心工作的新方法、新思路,具有鲜明的时代特征和现代石油企业工作的崭新特色。
