北京酿酒协会于1999年4月15日、16日在北京顺义区召开了“北京酿酒协会第二届第五次全体理事会”,北京市食品工业办公室李世靖主任、市经委行业管理办公室郭连启同志、市一轻总公司行管办周璐副处长及行业企业30多人出席会议。会议由高景炎理事长,任可达副理事长,于长水秘书长分别主持。任可达副理事长作了1998年协会工作总结,及1999年协会工作安排的报告,于长水秘书长作了1998年协会财务决算和1999年协会财务预算的报告,以肢1999年协会会费收取办法的说明。会议通过了以上的报告。
The Beijing Brewery Association held the “The 5th Plenary Council of the 2nd Beijing Brewery Association” in Shunyi District, Beijing on April 15th and 16th, 1999. Director Li Shijing of Beijing Food Industry Office and Comrade Guo Lianqi of the Industry Management Office of the Economic Commission of Beijing Municipality. The Deputy Director of Zhouyi, a director of the Municipal Light Company, and more than 30 industrial companies attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Gao Jingyan, the vice chairman of Ren Dao, and was chaired by Secretary-General Yu Changshui. Vice President Ren Dao made a summary of the work of the Association in 1998 and a report on the organization of the work of the Association in 1999. Secretary General Chang Shui made a report on the financial balance of the Association in 1998 and the 1999 financial budget of the Association in order to use the 1999 Association’s membership fees.
