1999年10月6～10日在北京召开了由山西兴安化学材料厂编写的国军标《压伸成型双基固体推进剂装药通用规范》和《包覆层通用规范》审查会。与会专家和代表认真听取了编写组对有关标准情况的介绍,并分别对2项标准(送审稿)的内容、格式、文字等逐句进行了认真细致的审查,一致认为这2项标准是在多年的生产、科研和理化测试的基础上编写的,符合国军标编写的有关规定,具有科学性、先进性、可行性和权威性。
On October 6th to October 10th, 1999, the National Military Standard “Common Specification for Compression Extruded Double Base Solid Propellant Charge” and “General Specification for Cladding” prepared by Shanxi Xing’an Chemical Material Factory were held in Beijing. Participating experts and representatives listened carefully to the writing group’s introduction to relevant standards, and carefully reviewed the contents, format, and text of each of the two standards (draft), and agreed that these two standards are Based on years of production, scientific research, and physical and chemical testing, it complies with the relevant provisions of the National Military Standard. It is scientific, advanced, feasible, and authoritative.
