The survey found that the incidence of fractures in winter in older adults was 24% higher than in other seasons. This is mainly due to the extremely low concentration of vitamin D in the human body in winter so as to affect the normal absorption and ossification of calcium and phosphorus so as to reduce the total amount of bone tissue in a unit volume of the bone and to induce a slight external force
