为了整合城乡教育资源,切实加强渔农村教育,扩大优质资源共享,促进城乡教育均衡发展,在县教育局的重视下,高亭小学和长涂小学组成了教育共同体。教育共同体的建立,无疑为岛与岛之间的各校提供了一条加强合作的重要途径,拓展了共同培养和促进教师的专业成长的一片沃土。在这一工作框架内,以强带弱、以强促弱,在强校弱校所构成的教研、学习共同体中,让开放型的校本教研使区域之间、校际间形成和达到教育资源互动共享,帮助薄弱学校提高教育教学水平,提高教师专业素养。教育共同体的运行机制是:自主、合作、共享。
