我国高等职业院校招生规模和在校生人数的增长,不仅加快了我国高等教育的大众化发展进程,也使在校生人均占有教育教学资源相对紧缺,使人们对教育教学的质量产生了担忧。而且,近年来我国政府对高等教育投入的绝对值和个人分担高等教育费用的比例都有较大幅度的增加,为此,高等院校尤其是高等职业院校的教学质量就十分自然地成为社会各界对高等职业教育关注的一个焦点问题。就高校内部的教学管理而言,五年一次的教学评估显然不可能及时地、全面地解决教学质量形成过程中出现的现实问题。本文围绕在新形势下,如何抓住机遇,从自身实际出发,加强教育教学管理,建立健全教学质量监控长效机制,提升学校教育教学的质量和水平方面开展了一些有益的探索。
The enrollment and the number of students enrolled in higher vocational colleges in our country not only speed up the popularization of higher education in China, but also make the per capita educational resources of students in schools relatively scarce, causing people to worry about the quality of education and teaching. Moreover, in recent years, the absolute value of our government’s investment in higher education and the proportion of individual share in the cost of higher education have increased substantially. For this reason, the quality of teaching in higher education institutions, especially in higher vocational colleges, has naturally become social A focus of attention on higher vocational education from all walks of life. As far as teaching management within colleges and universities is concerned, it is obviously impossible for the five-year teaching assessment to solve the real problems that arise in the process of teaching quality formation in a timely and comprehensive manner. This article focuses on how to seize the opportunity under the new situation to carry out some useful explorations from its own reality, to strengthen the management of education and teaching, establish and improve the long-term mechanism of teaching quality control, improve the quality and level of school education and teaching.
