本研究对民族院校英语专业本科生“英语语言学导论”课程目的进行了调查分析。本调查结果显示,民族院校学生普遍英语基础比较薄弱,对该课程的教授,需要教师从各个方面进行有效地调整,以满足他们的需求。教师本身要转变自己对于该课程目的的认识,不要再以传授枯燥的理论为主,而要以通过理论运用加强学生对语言的实际运用能力为主。另外,教师还要加强自身语言学理论的构建,随时补充语言学知识,并且要注重自己英语口语的加强。
This research investigates and analyzes the purpose of undergraduates majoring in English majors in national institutions of higher learning and Introduction to English Linguistics. The findings of this survey show that students in ethnic colleges and universities generally have a weak foundation of English. Teaching of the course requires that teachers effectively adjust from all aspects to meet their needs. Teachers themselves should change their understanding of the purpose of the course, not to teach boring theory, but to use the theory to strengthen students’ practical ability to use language based. In addition, teachers should also strengthen the construction of their own linguistics theory, ready to add linguistic knowledge, and should pay attention to their own spoken English to strengthen.
