人保江苏盐城市保险公司自1989年开办计划生育系列保险以来,地方各级党政领导非常重视支持,计生、保险部门配合默契,发展一直比较顺利,1991年被江苏省计生委、省分公司授予计生系列保险先进单位称号.去年初,由于受农村清理“乱收费”和“乱摊派”曩响,致使一些地方把计生保险也列为农民不合理负担,计生系列保险一度陷入困境.在此情况下,盐城公司坚信计生系列保险是件造福子孙、功德无量的好事,具有良好的发展前景,决不能因眼前困难半途而废,终于使该市的计生系列保险迎来了“柳暗花明又一村”.1993年扩保3万余人,新增业务收入820万元.累计为15万名独生子女及其独生子女父母、两女结扎户夫妇和计生干部
