一、中韩企业合作概况中韩企业之间的合作,自从1992年中韩两国建交以来得到了举世瞩目的发展。中国已成为韩国的第三大贸易伙伴国家,最大投资国,同时韩国成长为中国第四大贸易伙伴国家,第六大投资国。两国经济交流的飞速发展,充分证明了中韩两国经济有了很大的互补性,尤其是为两国克服经济萧条做出了卓越贡献的高新技术产业,一直保持很高的增长速度,包括三星、SK、LG等韩国的大企业以及中小风险企业正积极进军中国市场。
I. Overview of Sino-South Korean Enterprise Cooperation Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, the cooperation between China and South Korea has gained worldwide attention. China has become Korea's third largest trading partner and largest investor, while South Korea has grown to become China's fourth largest trading partner and sixth-largest investor. The rapid development of economic exchanges between the two countries fully proves that there is a great complementarity between the economies of China and South Korea. In particular, the high-tech industries that have made outstanding contributions to overcoming the economic depression between the two countries have maintained a very high rate of growth, Major companies in South Korea, including Samsung, SK and LG, as well as small and medium-sized venture companies, are aggressively entering the Chinese market.
