Australia and New Zealand are both located in the southern hemisphere and belong to Commonwealth countries. The two countries are relatively similar in terms of economic structure and industrial structure. Agriculture and animal husbandry occupy a pivotal position in production and life, and tourism contributes a lot to GDP. On this basis, there are many similarities between the labor force structure, employment situation, employment policies and management system in the two countries. Not long ago, our Labor and Social Security Department went to Australia and New Zealand for a delegation of 12 people for a 14-day study visit. During this period, they visited the government departments of the two countries, the Australian National Training Council, the Melbourne Multicultural Training and Employment Service, the Employment and Employment Directorate of New Zealand and other departments to inspect the contents of vocational training, job referral, employment guidance and community labor security.
