环己烷一向被认为是相对无毒的,并用它来代替苯。但近来在动物实验上所出现的周围神经病变有些学者认为是环己烷和环己醇所致。本文报告了鞋厂工人接触环己烷的研究结果。作者在工人生产环境呼吸带取59个环境空气样本和工人的59个呼气样本,以研究环境和呼气中环己烷浓度的关系。作者又检查了22名鞋厂工人呼气、血和尿的样本。呼气样本是在午饭后于停止工作后的第60、150和240分钟时采集,在第240分钟采集呼气样本的同时并采集尿和血的样本。以研究呼气中血中环己烷和尿环己醇的关系。
Cyclohexane has always been considered relatively non-toxic and uses it instead of benzene. However, some recent studies on peripheral neuropathy in animal experiments have suggested that cyclohexane and cyclohexanol are responsible for this. This paper reports the results of shoe factory workers’ exposure to cyclohexane. The author took 59 ambient air samples and 59 exhaled samples of workers in the worker’s production environment to study the relationship between environment and expiratory cyclohexane concentration. The authors examined samples of exhalation, blood and urine from 22 shoe factory workers. Breath samples were collected at 60, 150 and 240 minutes after lunch, and at the 240th minute while breath samples were taken and urine and blood samples were collected. To study the relationship between blood cyclohexane and urinary cyclohexanol in expiration.
