湖南臨時省政府代電教壹通字第一二九號公元一九五○年一月七日湘西行署、各專員公署、(辦事處)各縣(市)人民政府;接到中央人民政府教育部關於冬學工作的指示,經邀集各機關團體,舉行多學運動座談會,討調施行辦法,紀錄在卷,茲參酌一般意見,訂定湖南省第一届冬學運動施行要點,隨電頒發希卽根據實際情况,研討進行,并將辦理情形,總結經驗,報教育廳彙辦全省總結,為要!湖南臨時省政府教壹(子)(虞)印附發(一)中央人民政府教育部關於開展今年冬學工作的指示一份。(二)湖南省第一届冬學運動施行要點一份。
