本文介绍的是俄罗斯学者对俄罗斯与西方坦克战术技术性能的对比分析。原文作者认为,20世纪80年代末,俄罗斯(苏联)坦克在技术性能上拥有无可争辩的优势,到90年代中期,其技术发展则逐渐呈停滞状态。文章重点批驳了相关媒体认为战后俄罗斯坦克主要性能指标逊色于西方的观点,同时也指出了未来坦克的优先发展方向。本刊发表此文无意认同其观点,仅供读者参考。
This article describes the Russian scholar on Russia and the Western tank tactical and technical performance of the comparative analysis. According to the original author, in the late 1980s, the Russian (Soviet) tank possessed an indisputable superiority in technical performance. By the mid-1990s, its technical development was gradually stagnating. The article refutes the relevant media that the main performance indicators of postwar Russian tanks inferior to the Western point of view, but also pointed out the direction of the future development of the tank priority.
