我国即将加入WTO,市场将全面对外开放并与国际市场接轨,工程建造市场的竞争会十分激烈,而我们在体制方面与国际接轨的改革才刚起步,形势是比较严峻的。针对国际上建设总承包模式的工程公司在工程项目施工管理方面的做法,结合我们的实际情况,谈工程公司如何搞好工程项目的施工管理并提高施工管理水平。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the market will be fully open to the outside world and in line with the international market. The competition in the market for construction projects will be fierce. Our reform on institutional aspects is just beginning with the international trend. The situation is rather grim. In the light of the practice of engineering companies in construction management of construction projects on the basis of international construction general contracting model and on the basis of our actual situation, we talk about how engineering companies can improve the construction management of construction projects and improve the construction management level.
