第一条 为提高工程勘察质量,使工程勘察报告在优化设计、安全可靠、节约投资、缩短周期等方面发挥更大作用,特制定本办法.第二条 凡属国家为主投资的重点大中型项目(包括矿井、露天、选煤厂、大型公用工程等),又符合下列条件之一者,均须进行工程勘察报告审查:1.具有复杂的滑坡(含人工边坡)、岩溶、采空等工程地质现象的场地;2.具有厚层软土、湿陷性黄土、膨胀土、松砂、大面积填土等特殊性土,且对地基基础产生严重影响的场地;3.强震区(7°及以上)处于区域性构造断裂带附近或具有厚层可能产生液化的砂土及粉土的场地;
