河豚毒素(TTX)的检查以“小鼠毒性试验”作为法定方法,虽然方法较简便,但饲养小鼠工作量大,且用生物学方法判定,精确度也较差。而化学测定法,一般需要很多样品进行提纯,而且,取样只限于样品的个别部位,难以适应日常工作。为此,作者研究了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定鱼贝类中河豚毒素的简易方法。原理是试样中的TTX用0.1%乙酸提取,经二氯甲烷脱脂后,用Sep-pak C_(18)和Baker10
