据研究表明,高校内大学生的体育社团在监管机制跟审批阶段等方面均有待提升,就社团本身的组织管理来讲并不严密,社团独特魅力还远远不够,缺乏硬性规定,下面该文章主要指出了在全力发扬民主的基础上,激发出社团成员的参与热情,在充分联系社团本身发展特点的前提下进一步完善社团内部的自我发展和自我管理,意在增强社团的影响力,加大社会的认同感。
According to the research, the sports associations of college students in colleges and universities need to be improved in the aspects of regulatory mechanism and examination and approval stage. They are not strictly concerned with the organization and management of the club itself. The unique charm of the club is far from enough and there are no hard and fast rules.
