作者应用形态学、电子衍射和X线能量色散谱仪对14例肺癌和14例对照死者肺内矿物粉尘与纤维进行了计算、测定和鉴别。14例肺癌患者均无粉尘接触的职业史,对照组14例患者的年龄、吸烟史和职业种类与肺癌组配对。结果显示,肺癌病例外源性矿尘数平均为525±369×10~6/g干肺,矿物纤维为17.4±19.6×10~6/g干肺;而对照组平均分别为261±175×10~6/g
The authors used morphological, electron diffraction and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy to calculate, determine, and identify the lung mineral dust and fiber in 14 lung cancer patients and 14 control subjects. All 14 lung cancer patients had no occupational history of exposure to dust. The age, smoking history and occupational category of 14 patients in the control group were matched with lung cancer patients. The results showed that the average number of exogenous minerals and dusts in lung cancer cases was 525 ± 369 × 10 ~ 6 / g dry lungs and that of mineral fibers was 17.4 ± 19.6 × 10 ~ 6 / g dry lungs, while the control groups were 261 ± 175 × 10 ~ 6 / g
