功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是持续或反复发作的,包括上腹痛、上腹胀、早饱、嗳气、恶心、呕吐等上腹部症状的一组症候群。病因复杂,部分患者存在胃动力异常并与精神因素有关。FD的发病率高达16%~28%。笔者对2004年12月~2007年12月在我院就诊的功能性消化不良的病人给予莫沙必利与小剂量多虑平(每晚25mg)治疗,取得了满意的疗效。
Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a group of symptoms of persistent or recurrent episodes of upper abdominal symptoms including upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, early fullness, belching, nausea and vomiting. Complex causes, some patients with abnormal gastric motility and mental factors. The incidence of FD as high as 16% to 28%. The author of functional dyspepsia patients treated in our hospital from December 2004 to December 2007 were given mosapride with low-dose doxepine (25mg per night) treatment, and achieved satisfactory results.
