婴幼儿是缺铁性贫血发生的高危人群,缺铁性贫血严重影响婴幼儿的健康,对智力的损伤是不可逆的。因此婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的早期诊断评估就显得至关重要,然而目前婴幼儿铁营养状况评价相关的指标及其界值的研究还不充分。本综述拟根据缺铁性贫血的三个阶段的特征,重点分析介绍婴幼儿铁营养状况评价指标的优缺点及其研究进展。
Infants and young children are at high risk of iron deficiency anemia, iron deficiency anemia seriously affect the health of infants and young children, the damage to intelligence is irreversible. Therefore, early diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children is very important to assess, but at present the evaluation of iron nutritional status of infants and young children related indicators and its value is not enough. Based on the characteristics of the three stages of iron deficiency anemia, this review focuses on the introduction of the advantages and disadvantages of the assessment indicators of iron status in infants and young children and its research progress.
