第一條为保護職工安全與健康各廠應設置安全衛生委員會,依本通則組織之。第二條委員會为市勞動局工廠安全衛生委員會的基層組織,为保證執行政府有關安全衛生的一切條例法令並促進其改善而設立之。第三條委員會對下列諸問題進行檢查、研究、宣教,提供改善意見並督促執行。 1.關於工廠建築、工業機械及其他設備之安全問題; 2.關於職工疾病、個人衛生、環境衛生的改善及設施問題; 3.研究職業病和生產事故發生的原因及預防辦法以及其他災害的預防問題; 4.其他有关安全卫生问题。
Article 1 The safety and health committees shall be set up for the protection of the safety and health of workers and shall be organized according to these General Rules. Article 2 The committee shall be the grass-roots organization of the Factory Safety and Health Committee of the Municipal Labor Bureau and shall be established to ensure the implementation of all the ordinances and ordinances of the government on safety and health and to promote its improvement. Article 3 The commission examines, studies and propagandizes the following issues, providing opinions for improvement and supervising its implementation. 1. Concerning the safety of factory buildings, industrial machinery and other equipment; 2. Concerning the improvement of workers’ diseases, personal hygiene, sanitation and facilities; 3. Investigating the causes and prevention of occupational diseases and production accidents and prevention of other disasters Problem; 4. Other issues related to health and safety.
