在新的时代背景下,社会进步引发的教育变革正在逐步进行着,社会对人才的培养需求加大了,因而也向教育提出了更高的要求。传统僵化的教学模式、教学方法已经不能适应人才培养的需求,新的教育理念在新时代背景下应运而生,随之而来的是学校教育中学科教学的改革。为了能培养更好地适应社会需要的人才,新课程改革不断深入,教育工作者们正致力于课堂教学的变革,转变和创新各种各样的教学方式,以期实现更加高效的课堂。本文针对小学数学中的导入教学问题展开了讨论,并提出了一些有效建议。
In the new era background, the educational reform triggered by social progress is gradually being carried out. The demand for the cultivation of qualified personnel in the society has increased. Therefore, higher demands have also been placed on education. The traditional rigid teaching mode and teaching methods can no longer meet the need of personnel training. The new educational philosophy came into being in the new era background, followed by the reform of the academic teaching in school education. In order to foster talents that better meet the needs of the society, the reform of the new curriculum deepens. Educators are devoting themselves to the transformation of classroom teaching, transforming and innovating a variety of teaching methods in order to achieve more efficient classrooms. This article discusses the introduction of primary school mathematics teaching problems, and put forward some effective suggestions.
