随着钻井深度的不断增加,双台肩钻杆得到了越来越多的应用。双台肩钻杆接头相比API标准钻杆接头最重要的特征在于增加了一个副台肩,其通过提供额外的载荷承载面和上扣定位来为钻杆接头带来更高的扭矩承载能力和更好的密封性能,从而保证钻杆接头的使用性能。根据双台肩钻杆接头的受力特点,副台肩处应该留一定量的初始间隙。副台肩处的间隙量决定了副台肩的承载比例,从而影响接头的应力分布。研究表明:副台肩间隙过小将加重公扣小端几牙螺纹的承载,同时也容易造成副台肩处的损伤;而副台肩间隙过大将加重公扣大端几牙螺纹的承载,同时也使得副台肩的作用不能得以充分的发挥,进而加重主台肩的负担。合理的副台肩间隙有利于改善接头的应力状态,提高接头的使用性能。 With the increasing drilling depth, double shoulder drill pipe has been more and more applications. A reasonable secondary shoulder clearance helps to improve the stress state of the joint and improve the serviceability of the joint.
