从炉子热工过程理论出发,结合熔铝炉的炉子结构与工艺特点,分析了可以实现节约能源而应采用的若干热工和工艺操作的措施。最后分析指出,保证铝合金熔铸轮产品的质量和回收重熔废铝是节约能源的主要途径.
Based on the thermal process theory of the furnace, combined with the furnace structure and technological characteristics of the aluminum melting furnace, some measures of thermal engineering and process operation that can save energy were analyzed. The final analysis pointed out that to ensure the quality of aluminum alloy casting wheel products and remelting aluminum scrap is the main way to save energy.
