元土城遗址公园,东起北太平庄路,西止学院路,北起北土城西路,跨越小月河,南止元大都土城墙。总面积约18公顷。以元代土城遗址为依托,保留“水关”遗址一座。共建设蓟草芬菲、紫薇入画、银波得月、大都建典、水关新意、鞍疆盛世等景区。公园于2003年改造完成后达到展现历史、保护遗址、改善环境、丰富景观、有利生态的效果。元土城遗址公园植物品种丰富,漫步其中,经常能收获到许多惊喜,现介绍一些常见品种,使市民在休闲之余也能对我们身边的植物有新的认识。
