法莫替丁 (Ｆａｍｏｔｉｄｉｎｅ)是第 3代Ｈ2 -受体拮抗剂 ,其抑制胃酸分泌能力较雷尼替丁(Ｒａｎｉｔｉｄｉｎｅ)强 7 5倍 ,较西咪替丁 (Ｃｉｍｅｔｉ ｄｉｎｅ)强 40倍。口服治疗已证明 ,法莫替丁的疗效优于后两者 ,1 997年 9月～ 1 999年 2月我们应用上海信谊药业有限公司
Famotidine is the third generation H2-receptor antagonist with a 75-fold more potent inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion than Ranitidine and 40-fold more potent than Cimetidine.
