吉林省人民政府令第243号《吉林省封山禁牧管理办法》已经2013年12月2日省政府第11次常务会议讨论通过,现予公布,自2014年2月1日起施行。省长巴音朝鲁2013年12月6日第一条为了保护林草植被,巩固造林绿化和草原建设成果,维护生态安全,促进经济社会和生态协调发展,根据《中华人民共和国森林法》、《中华人民共和国草原法》等有关法律、法规规定,结合本省实际,制定本办法。第二条在本省行政区域内实施封山禁牧,适用本办法。
Jilin Province People’s Government Decree No. 243 “Jilin Province Mountain Closing Ban Management Measures” has been discussed and approved at the 11th executive meeting of the provincial government on December 2, 2013, and is hereby promulgated, with effect from February 1, 2014.
