目的：探讨通心络胶囊联合参麦注射液治疗冠心病的疗效，旨在为提高治疗效率提供依据。方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月在我院接受治疗的冠心病患者240例，随机平均分成研究组和对照组，对照组患者给予通心络胶囊治疗，研究组患者联合参麦注射液治疗，对比临床疗效。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组，同时治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C显著改善，且﹤0.05差异有统计学意义。结论通心络胶囊联合参麦注射液治疗冠心病能提高治疗效率并改善血脂水平。“,”Objective To explore the therapeutic ef ect of Tong Xin Luo capsule combined with Shen Mai Injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and to provide the basis for improving the treatment ef iciency.Methods Selected January 2014~2015 in January hospital treated 240 patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group were treated with Tongxinluo treatment,study patients Combined Shenmai Injection,comparison of clinical ef icacy.Results The study group ef ective rate was 93.33%,significantly higher than the control group,at the same time after treatment TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C significantly improved,and ﹤0.05 was considered statistical y significant.Conclusion Tong Xin Luo capsule combined with Shen Mai injection treatment of coronary heart disease can improve treatment ef iciency and improve blood lipid levels.
