上柴股份有限公司于1993年经市府、市证管办批准改制,成为中外合资,以国家控股为主,多种经济成分并存的股份制企业。改制后,面对竞争激烈的市场经济,企业设备管理的工作内容更多、要求更高、难度更大、责任更重。如何搞好改制后的设备资产的实物形态和价值形态的管理,保证现有设备的保值增值,是设备管理部门所面临的光荣而艰巨的任务。虽然企业经营机制变了,但我们始终遵循《设备管理条例》指引的方向,把巩固、加强和完善设备管理工作作为我们的主要任务。在深化改革中,我公司的设备管理工作并未受到干扰和削弱,而是更积极地开拓创新,开创了公司设备管理工作的新局面。

How to do a good job in the management of the physical form and value form of the equipment assets after restructuring and ensure the maintenance and appreciation of existing equipment is a glorious and arduous task facing the equipment management departments. Although the operating mechanism of the company has changed, we have always followed the direction of the “Regulations on Equipment Management” and made it our main task to consolidate, strengthen, and improve equipment management. In the process of deepening reforms, our company’s equipment management work has not been interfered with and weakened. Instead, it has been more active in exploring and innovating and has created a new situation in the company’s equipment management work.
